3D SITE MAP MAKES FINDING YOUR WAY AROUND SCHOOL CHILD’s PLAY
Colour Connection’s links with Cirencester Deer Park School go back to 2012 – initially producing certificates, receipts and letterheads but moving on to designing pull-up school information banners.
But a courtesy visit from CC’s Leanda Bickley really helped the school put itself on the map!
Martin Doidge, Business Manager at Cirencester Deer Park school said: “We’ve always been very happy with the quality of the work Colour Connection has done for us, and when Leanda suggested they could produce a 3D site map for the school, I thought it was a great idea!
“The site map is very useful – not just for visitors and new and prospective parents, but we take a lot of children from small primary schools who can feel a little overwhelmed when they come onto our site. The full-size map is on display at the entrances to the school and outlying teaching blocks, but also produced as a handout for visitors.
“We have open mornings for parents and children in Y5 looking for the right secondary school and everyone is given a copy of the map so they can find their way around. It’s also useful for supply teachers – and we’ve included it in our emergency plan from a health and safety perspective,” he said. “Colour Connection are responsive, offer good quality and always deliver on time.”
