INNOVATIVE DROP CARDS AND BRANDED HANGERS CREATE NEW OPENING FOR WINDOW BUSINESS
A campaign to raise awareness of the Residence 9 window system.
A window system which has been designed to replicate the 19th Century flush sash timber windows required some creative thinking to create effective marketing materials.
In a highly-competitive field, it was essential that the printed collateral helped potential clients see at a glance how the product would enhance their home.
Eclectic Systems, based in Hardwicke, tasked Colour Connection to come up with innovative ways to help promote its Residence 9 window system.

THE SOLUTION WAS TWO-FOLD…
The answer was a combination of drop cards which can be personalised by window installers, case studies of satisfied customers – and window hangers, left on the installed windows to encourage ongoing recommendations.
Claire Cooke, office manager of Eclectic Systems said: “The range of drop cards included case studies and photos of different types of houses fitted with our new product so our installation companies could target specific properties.

In addition, the cards had a slot for the fitter to add his or her own business card, personalising them. In this way, it looked very professional, and the installers were happy to help promote our product.” 

The window hangers were another great idea from Colour Connection: once Residence 9 windows are installed, the fitter leaves the branded window hanger on the latch so if anybody shows interest, such as a family member or neighbour, the homeowner can pass the details on.

 “We were more than pleased with the end results and continue to use Colour Connections for all our marketing/design projects showcasing Residence 9.
