We knew the designs would be critical in the launch of our business. If we did not get our marketing materials right, we would not succeed,” says Paul Matthews, MD of Sacred Springs  “We had a general idea of a marketing strategy and the kind of images to promote our Cotswold Hills spring water that we bottle on our farm on Birdlip Hill, but no clear vision. In all honesty, we were all over the place… before we met Sarah at Colour Connection!

Sarah was terrific. She made us focus on what it is we wanted to achieve by asking the right questions and being quietly insistent on clarity and targeted outcomes.  She also managed the personalities involved in the creative process like a professional peace-maker!

By developing some great images and combining them with the company’s own ideas, Sarah created a brand that Sacred Springs is “extremely happy” with.  

“She became as passionate about what we are trying to achieve as we are but manages to stay that little bit further removed and as a result, more objective,” says Elizabeth.

Colour Connection also recommended using a specialist printer to print the labels for the bottles.  

“Having strived so hard to create the right images, they wanted to make sure that the end result was perfect. As bottle labels was not their particular area of expertise they suggested we find a label printer to work alongside them, and the two companies worked extremely well together, adds Elizabeth.  

We developed an excellent relationship with everyone at Colour Connection; we rely on Sarah’s technical expertise and trust her creative judgement. They are hard to beat on cost and it would be difficult to find another company as committed to getting it right for the customer as they are.
