IN BRIEF

For Kestrel Communications, a fledgling communications and public relations agency, this was one of the most critical activities when starting the business. According to research by Forrester, nearly three quarters (74%) of business buyers conduct more than half of their research online before making an offline purchase.

The agency’s founder, Sara Lewis wanted to partner with a company that understood the importance of the project from the outset. She explains,

“Working in the marketing communications industry means your selection and buying decisions are very stringent. I didn’t want to work with a ‘website shop’ as there is no depth or consideration to the service provision.”

After speaking to a few design agencies, Sara selected Colour Connection.

“The team not only understood my initial requirements but were able to set them in context to the overall vision of the business,” she explains. “In our digital economy, all marketing activity needs to be integrated to be truly effective – and this was Colour Connection’s approach from day one.”

Working with the Colour Connection team, the Kestrel Communications website is now live. It’s designed with simple navigation, clear signposting and calls to action

“I’m incredibly pleased with the result. We exist to provide communications campaigns that integrate with marketing objectives, adapt to the changing landscape and connect with audiences. Colour Connection has ensured this message oozes out of every part of the website. Thank you.”
